What we collect, and why.
Last updated 3 October 2026Who we are
This site is run by NextEverything Inc., a company registered in the United States. For anything about your data, use the form on the home page; we read every message.
What we collect
- The early-access form. Your email address and, if you fill it in, a short note on what you build. We also keep the time of the request and the IP address it came from, to stop abuse.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use it to identify you.
- Nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If we add privacy-friendly product analytics later, we will update this page first.
Why
We use your email to reply to you and to invite you to a conversation about how you work, or to try early versions of what we build. The legal basis is your consent (you send the form) and, for the server logs, our legitimate interest in running a secure site. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not send newsletters.
Who processes it
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the form endpoint (United States).
- Resend Inc. delivers the email notification to us (United States).
- Our own email provider stores the notification in our inbox.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your data is transferred to the United States. Our providers rely on standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
How long
We keep your request until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after our last exchange, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period and then discarded.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us through the form on the home page and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on the home page for a while.
