The small print.
Last updated 3 October 2026What this site is
This site presents NextEverything Inc. and the work we are doing with hardware engineers. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer of a product or a service, and nothing here is engineering advice.
The models and the film
The interactive models in the lab and the film on the home page are built from real physics and real solvers, and we state the equations and assumptions they use. They are demonstrations. They are not validated for any specific design, material, load case or process, and they must not be used as the basis for a real part, board, machine or safety decision. If you build something, do your own analysis and your own tests.
Using the site
You may browse the site and link to it. You may not scrape it at scale, interfere with it, or present our content, film or models as your own. The NextEverything name and mark belong to NextEverything Inc.; the content of the site is ours unless stated otherwise.
The early-access form
Sending the form is a request, not a contract. We will try to reply, but we do not promise access, a timeline, or any particular product. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and will not be liable for any loss arising from the use of the site, the models or the film.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which NextEverything Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
